How do I book an activity through Chiletur Copec?
All activities are booked exclusively through the website or the Chiletur Copec app. Payment is made online, and the activity is confirmed. We do not accept bookings in person, via email, social media, phone, or WhatsApp.
What are the payment methods?
Payments are made online through the marketplace or via the Chiletur Copec app to facilitate the reservation and online payment of each activity. National and international debit and credit cards are accepted. Reservations cannot be made in person, nor via bank transfers or cash.
When should the operator contact me after booking?
Once the reservation is made, the operator will receive a notification containing the customer's contact details. The operator will contact the customer 24 hours before the activity to address any questions. If the operator does not contact you, you can find their contact details in the 'My Trips' section of the app.
I have a Copec Pay card. How do I apply the discount?
The discount is applied at the time of booking the experience. Once the passenger's details are completed, they must enter the BIN (the first six digits of the Copec Pay card) in the 'Coupon' field. After clicking 'Enter,' the 20% discount will be applied.
How can I modify, reschedule, or cancel an activity?
To cancel or reschedule an activity, you must do so through your account on the Chiletur Copec marketplace, go to 'My Trips' in your profile, and manage it from there. It can also be done via WhatsApp +56 9 6177 4752.
What is the cancellation policy?
Most activities on Chiletur Copec offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity starts. However, some activities require more advance notice for free cancellation. This information is available in the product details. It is the passenger's responsibility to check the cancellation policies of each activity.
What should I do if a tour operator cancels my booking?
If a tour operator cancels an activity, they will contact the customer directly to offer a similar activity or an alternative date. What happens if an activity is rescheduled or canceled due to weather conditions or force majeure?
If an activity cannot take place due to weather conditions or force majeure (natural disasters, road accidents, protests, unplanned park closures, and/or technical failures in transportation, among others), the tour operator will contact passengers to inform them of available alternatives. How can I determine the difficulty level of an activity?
Chiletur Copec offers activities designed for all types of participants, from low-difficulty experiences to extreme ones. It is the passenger's responsibility to read the activity description before booking, as it provides detailed information about the schedule, duration, planned activities, and difficulty level.
What is the minimum age required to participate in the activities?
The minimum age varies depending on the activity and the tour operator. To find the required minimum age for each experience, check the activity description. If the minimum age is not listed, feel free to contact WhatsApp at +56 9 6177 4752 or call 800 20 354 for further assistance.
Do all activities include transportation to the meeting point?

How can I check activity availability?
When booking an activity on the marketplace, a calendar will display the available dates. If no dates are available, it means there is no availability. In that case, we suggest looking for a similar experience with another tour operator on the Chiletur Copec website or app.
Is there a minimum number of participants required to book an activity?
The minimum number of participants varies for each activity. In general, at least one or two participants are required to book.
