What to expect

Transfer from the place of stay to the center of Vicuña

We begin the tour by exploring the route of the historic Elqui train, passing through the towns of Arenal and Diaguitas, rich in history and local traditions.

Stop at the carob forest and arrival at the Rivadavia viewpoint

We continue with a walk through the charming carob forest, a unique area of biodiversity. Then, we head to the Rivadavia viewpoint to enjoy spectacular views of the Elqui Valley.

Stop at the town of Paihuano and Pisco Elqui

We visit these picturesque towns where local culture blends with impressive landscapes. Here, you’ll have an hour of free time for lunch, exploring the region’s flavors.

Choice of activities

Participants can choose from 3 options: 1-) Visit the Artisan Village of Horcón, known for its creativity and local art. 2-) Explore the archaeological site of Cochiguaz, full of history and mysticism. 3-) Tour a traditional distillery to learn about the pisco-making process.

Return transfer

We conclude the tour with a transfer back to the place of stay or the initial meeting point.
