10 minutesEnjoy a 50-minute sauna session designed to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and eliminate body toxins. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and take breaks if necessary.
50 minutesAfter the session, participants will have time to shower, hydrate, and relax before leaving the facility, ensuring a smooth transition back to their daily activities.

- You can bring your own towels, or rent towels and robes for the activity.
- The activity is not permitted for children.
