La visita en la Viña fue excelente, la guía Marián, la experiencia, la cata de vinos. Sin embargo la experiencia con Chile Tour fue PÉSIMA. Nunca me enviaron los tickets de entrada, solo un correo que decía que era válido cuestión que no era y por lo mismos no nos dejaban entrar. Perdimos 30 minutos intentando que el call center resolviera el problema generado por la ineficiencia de Chile Tour, pésimo servicio 0 recomendable, nunca mas! Todo el momento me responsabilizaron a mí de algo que finalmente nunca hicieron ellos.
