Cochrane (Carretera Austral)

Cochrane, in the Ays\'en Region, is perfect for adventure lovers. From Melero, its historic store in the plaza, where you\'ll find the traditional bombachos. Head west to the Patagonia National Park, with trekking routes and wonderful views for spotting huemules. For a different tour, take a drive through the Salto and the Colonia River valley, areas that until recently were accessible only on horseback. Do not miss the Emerald Lagoon, ideal for a picnic, or El Ciruelo beach, perfect for enjoying Lake Cochrane. If you prefer to raise your adrenaline, take the opportunity to fish in the Baker and Cochrane rivers, or do rafting and kayaking.
