We begin our day by picking up participants from their respective accommodations within the urban area of Coyhaique. From there, we will transfer to the natural setting chosen for the wellness activities.
30 minutesOnce on-site, we will conduct guided meditations in the forest, allowing participants to engage all their senses and foster a deep connection with nature. These practices are designed to reduce stress and promote relaxation.
2 hoursWe will continue with a series of practical exercises focused on physical and mental well-being, utilizing the natural environment to enhance their benefits. These activities will help participants improve their quality of life and overall wellness.
2 hoursParticipants will have free time to enjoy the surroundings at their own pace, followed by a healthy lunch that complements the wellness experience.
1 hourAt the end of the day, we will return to Coyhaique, dropping off each participant at their respective accommodation, thus concluding a revitalizing experience in contact with nature.
