Departure from the Town of Putre

We begin the journey from Putre towards the Precordillera, enjoying an impressive view of the Taapacá Volcano (5,860 m.a.s.l.) from the Mirador de Putre.

Pukara de Copaquilla

Visit this ancient pre-Inca fortress, where we’ll take a hike to explore its structures and enjoy the views of the surrounding canyon.

Tambo de Zapahuira

Continue to this archaeological site, which in pre-Hispanic times served as a shelter and storage center for food.

Belén Village

Head to the first village founded by the Spanish in the region, known for its two historic churches and colonial architecture.
