What to expect

Transfer from Vicuña to Rivadavia Viewpoint

We begin the journey with a transfer to the Rivadavia Viewpoint, enjoying the first panoramic views of the Elqui Valley and its natural surroundings.

Arrival at the village of Huanta and tour

Explore the picturesque village of Huanta, known for its architecture and local traditions. Learn about the history and culture of the region.

Arrival at the customs checkpoint

Brief stop at the customs office to manage permits and continue ascending to the High Andes.

Stop at Tambo Inca (archaeological site) and arrival at the hot springs

Visit a Tambo Inca, a historically significant archaeological site used as a strategic refuge on the Inca Trail. Continue to the hot springs, surrounded by a spectacular semi-arid landscape.

2 hours.
Free time and lunch at the hot springs

Enjoy free time to relax in the medicinal hot springs and try therapeutic mud treatments. A lunch with high-altitude beverages will be served to complete the experience.

5 hours.
Return to Vicuña

End the experience with a transfer back to the city of Vicuña, enjoying views of the valley during the descent.
