What to expect
Depart from Casa Salvaje in Las Condes. Along the way, we’ll stop at beaches and key locations, including Huentelauquén, famous for its cheese empanadas. In the afternoon, we’ll arrive at our campsite in Guanaqueros for dinner and rest.
Approx. 7 hours.Travel to Punta de Choros, a fishing village where we’ll camp by the sea. During the journey, we may spot foxes and guanacos in their natural habitat.
Approx. 4 hours.Boat trip through the Humboldt Penguin National Reserve, home to penguins, dolphins, and sea lions. Return to the campsite in the afternoon.
Half-day.Morning departure to Chañaral de Aceituno for a whale-watching expedition. Later, we’ll head to Playa La Virgen.
Approx. 5 hours.Enjoy one of Chile’s most beautiful beaches, with options to explore the coastline.
Full-day.Explore the Atacama Desert, visiting landmarks like the Hand of the Desert and geoglyphs.
Approx. 8 hours.Free time to explore San Pedro de Atacama. At night, we’ll participate in an astronomical observation activity.
Approx. 6 hours.Explore the town at your own pace or join additional optional tours.
Morning transfer to Calama Airport. It is recommended to schedule afternoon flights.

- Comfortable, layered clothing (hot days, cold nights).
- Windproof or waterproof jacket.
- Thermal clothing, hat, gloves, and scarf.
- Hiking shoes or boots + sandals for camping.
