At 8:00 a.m., we will pick you up from your hotel in Putre and head towards the pre-Andean highlands of the Chilean Altiplano, located in the north of the country.We will make our first stop at 3,460 meters above sea level, where we will begin the initial stage of a trekking route that will take approximately 7 hours. This first hike will take place in Willacaurane, an important archaeological site with rock paintings, dated between 4,000 and 6,000 years old.After discovering these prehistoric artworks, we will head to Petacane. In this Andean hill, which often hosts various religious ceremonies, we will carry out the second stage of the trekking route, enjoying the high mountain landscapes.We will pause in these captivating spots to rest and recharge with a picnic that includes sandwiches, nuts, chocolates, and natural juices. After lunch, we will continue exploring this beautiful natural area in northern Chile.We will finally return to the starting point of the route and from there head back to your hotel in Putre. The estimated time of arrival at the hotel is between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
