Our most iconic expedition takes place on a private route, allowing you to enjoy the mountain in peace. After picking you up at the designated meeting points, we will head to Casa Bosque, a charming site nestled in the mountains known for its rustic wooden and iron architecture. Here, our guide will offer an introduction to the expedition and what to expect.Following the briefing, we’ll drive for about an hour to the starting point, where we’ll gear up and meet the horses that will carry both us and the equipment. As part of our commitment to animal welfare, we ensure dignified and ethical treatment of the animals by all participants.During the journey, you’ll learn about the history of Cajón del Maipo and its most iconic landmarks, ride along the base of the Mesón Alto Glacier and its springs, and reach a private viewpoint overlooking the impressive El Yeso Reservoir. There, we’ll pause to enjoy a gourmet high-mountain lunch with unmatched scenery.
